Empanada de Morocho
Deep fried corn dough turnover stuffed with mince pork, rice, onions, carrots and peas.

Empanada de Yuca
Deep fried yucca dough turnover stuffed with mince pork, rice, onions, carrots and peas.

Empanada de Verde
Deep fried plantain dough stuffed with cheese.

Locro de Queso
Soup prepared with potatoes, cheese and milk, served with avocado.

Llapingachos con Lomito
Two potato patties filled with melted cheese and topped by a fried egg, served with beef, lettuce, tomato, avocado and peanut sauce.

Corvina en salsa de esparragos
Grilled sea bass fillet with asparagus sauce, served with baked potato or French fries and steamed vegetables.

Pollo a la Plancha
Grilled chicken served with French fries or baked potato and steamed vegetables.

Plato Tipico "La Choza"
A combination plate of potato patties, mini corn patties, mini turnovers (corn, yucca and green plantain), avocado, white corn topped with onions, fried sweet banana and roasted corn.
